1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the OneFamli website, mobile application, and related services. By creating an account, downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The Service and eligibility
OneFamli is a family-organization service for personal and household use. You must be at the age of majority where you live to create an account. Account owners may invite household members and are responsible for setting appropriate access.
3. Your account and content
You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity occurring through your account. You retain ownership of content you add to OneFamli and give us a limited licence to process it only as necessary to operate, secure, support and improve the Service.
4. Financial, health, meal and AI features
Finance features are organizational tools only and do not provide banking, accounting, tax, investment, medical, legal or professional advice. Always verify ingredients, allergens, calculations and suitability for your household. Do not rely on OneFamli for emergency communications or safety-critical situations.
5. Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds
Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing, included features, billing interval and free-trial terms will be displayed before purchase. Store purchases are managed through Apple or Google; website purchases are managed through the payment provider shown at checkout. You may cancel at any time.
6. Availability, disclaimers and liability
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that apply to you.
